			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In today’s globally competitive environment, many companies around the globe are paving their way to unprecedented scale in development through international amalgamations. Thanks to technology, building virtual team connectedness is possible in many ways. The use of technology is of great importance for team leaders because virtual teams depend heavily on technology, thus taking advantage of its services.</p>
<p>However, keeping in touch with virtual team members poses another challenge to every team leader in order to manage virtual teams to work effectively. The truth that a majority of virtual teams are internationally based; leaders and members of such groups are required to be in tune to the cultural differences for greater productivity. And since working relationships have to be cultivated before they can be effectual, the need to understand this aspect is essential.</p>
<p>A group of employees working from various lands doing interdependent tasks is not always easy to handle. However, the impact of physical distance can be minimized greatly when strong relationships are developed among the members of the virtual team. Systems and structures facilitate virtual team members to stay connected and function highly as a team.</p>
<p>One way to build virtual team connectedness and to maintain the team’s good performance is by means of effective utilization of the best medium and sending the right message. As one author says, “In order to get everyone on the same page, managers of virtual teams need to rely on concise, regular and relevant communication.” This means that virtual team success also depends largely on the quality of communications that take place. This aspect is equally important to building strong relationships and connections.</p>
<p>There are certain rules a team leader should take into account in order for a virtual team to work effectively. These rules include scheduling virtual team meetings like conference calls on a regular basis; soliciting feedback from team members about the benefits acquired and the things that require improvement to gain more productivity; asking every member to cooperate, actively pay attention, and participate in the meetings. </p>
<p>Members doing multitasking such as checking and responding to emails, or using instant messenger during meetings should be discouraged; Making sure that group meetings are complemented with one-on-one meetings to address any particular issues or concerns that are of a more personal or confidential nature is an important ingredient to leadership success and productivity; and scheduling get-togethers at least once a year, so that team members have the chance to get to know each other better and build strong relationships.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A lot of companies today are facing many problems. One of the major problems that they are facing is how to manage their workers. Most of them have this wrong belief that remote workers and workers at home are not as productive as an in house staffer. </p>
<p>They believe that mobile workers are harder to manage than on-site workers. The old style of managing which is the so-called “eyeball management” from which the leaders or the managers presume that these on-site workers are more prolific than mobile workers because they have been seeing them working at their desks. </p>
<p>Now is the time to change that assumption. Yes, on-site workers can be very productive but mobile workers can also do the same. If you are one of those who are having a hard time on managing mobile workers then the following tips might help you:</p>
<p>1. Establish Good Communications. Establishing good communication is one of the most important factors to consider in virtual offices. There are plenty of modern technologies that you can use to communicate. Often communication can help in guaranteeing the success of a virtual office.</p>
<p> 2. Provide definite, quantifiable, and reachable goals. The major reason why some companies are thinking twice of hiring mobile workers is because they are not sure if these workers will still do their tasks without supervision. But the thing is even if you are there watching an on-site worker physically, you still can’t be so sure what he/she is doing. The fact still remains that even with an on-site worker, you can’t watch him or her every second and aside from that you can easily be confused by activity with productivity. </p>
<p>3. An excellent leader is the one who provides definite, quantifiable, and reachable goals for the mobile employees so that he or she knows what the tasks are that need to be done and when it needs to be done by. If there is a comprehensible description of employees’ tasks and responsibilities then there is a bigger chance that the workers will be productive. You should focus your attention op the accomplishments of your workers. This way you will achieve a prolific mobile workforce.</p>
<p>4. Organize meetings. Nothing can be compared to a face-to-face conversation. That is why it is important for virtual offices to consistently communicate through regularly structured meetings. </p>
<p>5. Give remarks and support to your employees. Since there are only a few chances to connect with a mobile employee, the leader must exert some efforts in giving praises and positive observations to each staff member. This is one way to improve your relationship with them.</p>

The road to success and accomplishments seem to come within their grasp so easily. While they are periodically bombarded with several problems and challenges, they never allow themselves to slacken their optimistic outlook.</p>
<p>The seemingly insurmountable obstacles that cross their way are overcome by these people, and things prove to be working out as they expected or even better. </p>
<p>Success is something they strive hard to attain. While the definition of success comes in various standpoints, in this context of accomplishing business goals, virtually means achieving great things, progressing, and flourishing. </p>
<p>In order to accomplish your business goals virtually, the following useful tips can be of great help to your field of endeavor because you too can taste the fruits of success.</p>
<p>1. Believe in Your Goals. Goals are realistic dreams that are attainable. With an optimistic mindset, you can achieve your goals even during periods of difficulties. Trust that you can do it.</p>
<p>2. Visualize Your Goals. Create in your mind and on paper how things will be when you attain each goal. Think about each goal often most especially when you are alone or lying on your bed.  Include the vision in your daily routine.</p>
<p>3. Intend to Focus on Your Goals. Don’t allow yourself to be sidetracked in attaining your business goals because of the seemingly insolvable problems. If you have short-term goals and long-term goals, pay attention to achieving them and do whatever it takes to make each one happen. </p>
<p>4. Set Your Daily Intentions. Start your day with a positive frame. How do you want to experience your day? What goals or tasks will you accomplish today?  Write down what goals you are going to accomplish during the day. You can type these goals in your computer, in your journal, or on a notepad by your bed table. </p>
<p>5. Set a Target Date. A goal without a target date is useless. Set a target date for when you will accomplish each goal you listed down. Write it into your calendar and assign time that you will set aside exclusively for that task.  Remember: no emails during this dedicated time. Each time you accomplish a certain goal, check it in order for you to monitor your progress.</p>
<p>6.  Keep Your Plan Front and Center. Planning is essential to every endeavor. Without careful planning, you are just putting your business at risk. Make a decision about what actions you need to perform to reach your destination successfully. Have your Business and Action Plans front and center and visit them throughout the day. </p>
<p>7.  Find a Mentor or a Coach. Look for someone who is willing to call and remind you of your goals, someone to whom you will feel accountable with. Allow this person to have the right to ask you questions, make observations and stretch and encourage you if you are failing to achieve what you ought to do in attaining your goals.</p>
<p>One of the most powerful forces on your quest to accomplish your business goals is your desire to achieve great goals. If you will apply these useful methods, you will certainly experience a sense of accomplishment while enjoying your career.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In order to survive in the increasing demands of the workloads that our management offers, we need to keep ourselves from worrying a lot and be more focused on what are the effective ways of building confidence in a team.</p>
<p>Team building involves goal setting and a game plan. A virtual organization must always begin a strategy plan with the goal. You cannot hit a target that you don’t have your eyes clearly set upon. So setting goals is where the productivity begins. When you have a goal, you can then immediately proceed to the next step of team building. </p>
<p>The contemporary management scene also requires that team building strategies should include the understanding of virtual organization and community. Virtual organizations are built so that logistical, personnel and critical resource issues can be addressed. The use of telecommunication and other computing technologies have become the defining ground of any virtual organization. Taking this into consideration is a must in any management and team building initiative. </p>
<p>Virtual organization team building should also become more competent in the development and the creation of a strong team that is highly flexible, honest, inspirational and innovative. The innovative techniques to be used in building the qualities of a team results in developing, an energizing, highly efficient and inspiring organization.</p>
<p>A good way also to build a team in a virtual organization is the kind of motivation the team builder must create. Motivational talks, tools and strategies are designed to let the team members embrace the leadership role and to help them realize their goals and worth in the changing course of time.   </p>
<p>Another strategy is to revitalize your team and organization through off-site retreats for one to two days. It really helps to be with nature as you work to amp up the process of company revitalization. The renewal of advocacy vows should be integrated with the aim of providing easy ways of handling responsibilities.</p>
<p>The need for innovation should also be integrated in the team building process. The need for a change is very significant in today’s defining moment. A change in the team members’ values and attitude towards work is also suggested as a major strategy for success. </p>
<p>Don’t lose heart. Persist in developing your team. Team building can be a very exciting job when the participants are willing to be changed for the better.</p>
